The concept of "calling" is one of the most important things we can grasp and live out in following Jesus. The Bible tells us to "...live a life worthy of our calling." (Ephesians 4:1). Callings encompass all of our life. For those who follow Jesus, there is no secular and sacred. There is only the call to follow Jesus in all of our life.
Each of us is called to follow Jesus and within that call, we each have a unique calling, something only we can do, something we are uniquely gifted to do.
That is the focus of our upcoming Small Group Study - "Find Your Place." I want to encourage everyone to sign up for a Small Group, get connected and take this journey together as a church. Each week we will explore this together in a Message Series and then in the Small Groups you will go deeper in finding your specific calling and how God has given you Gifts, Passion, and a Story (GPS) to guide you on this journey.
