This Sunday is Christmas Eve, and we want to celebrate the birth of Jesus. It will be a great time to be together.
Between the two services, we’ll have fun kids’ activities, a Christmas photo booth and cookies to snack on, so early service folks, stay after, and 11am friends, plan to come early!
This will be a great way to celebrate Christmas together.
One thing we want everyone to consider: Will you invite someone to celebrate with you? Maybe your whole family – friends – coworkers – neighbors?
My life was changed by some very simple invitations.
When I was little, my grandparents invited me to spend the night with them on Saturdays and go to church with them on Sundays. This simple invitation led me to give my life to Christ.
When I went to college, a group of students invited me to a Bible study. They became my good friends and my community. This simple invitation led me to a great season of growth.
When I moved to California, a foreign exchange student invited me to go to church with him during a season when I was not following Christ. This simple invitation led me to turn my life back over to Christ and got me back on track with Him.
After Stacey and I were married, some good friends invited us to join a small group. This simple invitation led us to experience a lifetime of small groups over the years, something I wouldn’t trade for anything.
You never know where a simple invitation will lead.
The only way to find out is to ask.
So, this Christmas look to invite someone to come with you or meet you there. You never know how God may use this simple invitation to change a life this Christmas!
So, let me invite you to come to our Christmas Eve Services – 9 & 11am! It’s time to celebrate with joy!
