So Abram went, as the Lord had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people that they had acquired in Haran, and they set out to go to the land of Canaan.

- Genesis 12:4, 5

Canaan is the frontier, the unknown, the place where our character is revealed, and our destiny is discovered. It is a place where we can start again and find new beginnings.

Canaan is also the place of blessing and all the goodness of God. It is where we learn to trust Him and live by faith. Canaan is where we find His purpose and plan for our lives.

Join us this Sunday and into the following weeks as we explore the book of Genesis and the story of the family of Abram and all God had in store for them in an epic story for the ages.

Starting April 27: Sermon Series from the book of Genesis: Canaan: The true story of the generations of the Abram family and their epic journey of faith in the land of Canaan.
